50 yo woman who underwent bilateral mastectomy and presented for delayed reconstruction. Expanders/implant option was chosen:

45 year old woman left breast reconstruction with latissimus flap/implant

40 year old female bilateral mastectomy, reconstructed with expanders/implants:

55 yo female after left mastectomy for breast cancer. Immediate reconstruction with latissimus muscle flap and implant right breast lift for symmetry.

68 y.o. female previous lumpectomy radiation on the left side developed recurrence and needed mastectomy. Reconstructed with immediate latissimus dorsi flap and implant, right breast lifted for symmetry.
